Tropical Fruit Salad
(Featuring Carp River Products available at Little House)
1 pkg. Country Ambrosia Dip Mix from Country Home Creations (Available at Little House or in my shopping section.)
1 cup sour cream
One 8 oz. container cool whip
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup seedless grapes (red or green0
Mix together sour cream and dip mix, fold in thawed cool whip.
Add fruit and marshmallows. Stir gently to mix. Chill and serve.
Variations to this recipe are almost endless. I like to add ½ cup
chopped walnuts. You may substitute apple pieces, sliced bananas
or low fat versions of sour cream and whipped topping.
