| This recipe is a tradition to make on New Year's Eve for our family. Delicious just with crackers. |

| ingredients: |
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 T. milk
3/4 C. dried or chipped beef (2.5 oz jar)
1 T. minced fresh onion
2 T. chopped green pepper
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 C. sour cream

| Blend cream cheese and milk. Mix in beef, onion, green pepper and sour cream. Spoon into an ungreased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
