Double Fudge Brownie Cookie

This is the cookie I made for the Indulge Day 2009 at Little House. Enjoy!

ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
 
directions:
Combine butter, chopped chocolate squares, and 1 1/2 cup chips over low heat until melted. Cool
Combine dry ingredients, set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar, & vanilla with mixer.
Add dry ingredients, cooled chocolate mix, 1 1/2 cup remaining chips, and toasted pecans.
Drop by 2 Tablespoon on parchment paper lined sheet pan or a silpat liner.
Bake 350 degrees, 10 minutes.
Cool slightly on sheet then move to cooling rack.
