6 large potatoes
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream soup of your choice
3/4 cup of milk
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
salt and pepper |

| directions:
| Peel and dice potatoes, put in baking dish, mix in can of soup,milk, cheese, butter and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 375 until potatoes are tender. |
