Swiss Vegetable Medley |

| This is a recipe that my mother has made. I am not sure where she found it, but it is delicious. |

| ingredients: |
1 (16 oz) package of California vegetables,(Broccolli, Carrots and Cauliflower), thawed and drained.
1 can Cr.of Mushroom soup
1 cup or(4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1 can french fried onion rings |

| directions:
| Combine vegetables, soup and 1/2 of the cheese, all of the sour cream, 1/2 can of the french fried onions. Pour into a 1 qt. casserole dish, bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and french fried onions, bake uncovered 5 more minutes.
This can be baked in the microwave too.
Bake covered 8 minutes, top with remaining cheese and onions and bake one more minute or until browned. |
