| This dish is made in the crock pot and is great for large gatherings or potlucks, where you need a dish to share. And it's easy too you can make this while you're at work! |

3-5 Lbs. of Chuck or Round Steak
1 envelope of Onion Soup Mix
1 cup of water
1-2 T of Dried Oregano
1-2 T of Dried Basil

| Place the meat in your crock pot. Mix all the other ingredients together in a mixing bowl and then pour on top of the meat. Cook in the crock pot on low. When the meat it fork tender, shred the meat in the crock pot using two forks. Serve on hamburger or hoagie rolls, top with provolone cheese if desired. |
