| In a chopper finely chop the onion, fold into softened cream cheese add the worcestershire sauce. In chopper finely chop imitation crab, add 1/2 of the chopped crab into the cream cheese mixture. Divide this mixture into two. On a piece of suran wrap put 1/2 of the remaining crab, take one cream cheese mixture and put it in the middle of the suran wrap, wrapping the ball with the crab. Do the same with the other cream cheese mixture. When you are ready to serve the ball put it on a plate and pour the cocktail sauce over the top of it. Serve it with crackers. Yummy! |
